Undergraduate Submission Process
1. Prepare the Application for Submission
- Ensure the student’s personal email address is verified.
2. Access the Point of Submission
- Open the online portal.
- Create an account on behalf of the student using their personal email address.
- The school will send a temporary PIN to the student’s email. Save the link of the page you are working on to Requirement number 17359 so the application can be accessed later.
- Manually add Requirement number 17358 to retrieve the PIN from the Recruitment Partner/Student.
- Application is Partially Submitted. Post note template number 1774 for the Recruitment Partner.
3. Complete the Application Form
- Once the temporary PIN is received, use the link in Requirement number 17359 to create an account.
- Fill the online application form using the information in the student profile and documentation.
- Always select Yes to the question asking if the student would like to be considered for the Global Select scholarship.
- Ensure our agency information is indicated on the application form.
- If the student is applying for ESL + Academic:
- Choose ESL intake as Desired Term of Admission
- Choose Intensive English and Undergraduate Admission as Admission Objective
- Choose the ESL starting month to the question What month do you want to arrive for Intensive English?
4. Submit/Upload Documents
- Upload the documents to the portal where possible.
- After submission and payment is made, the application materials upload section pops up, please upload the documents to this section accordingly.
- If the student has provided recommenders, this information needs to be inputted and submitted after submission and payment is made, the application materials upload section pops up at the bottom of the page.
5. Finalize the Application
- Submit the application in the portal.
- Pay the application fee using the US Mastercard.
- Screenshot any confirmation pages as submission confirmation.
- Upload all forms of submission confirmation to the Submission Confirmation requirement.
- Mark the application Submitted to School.
- Leave the submission Note for the RP or student.
- Direct Admission: Post Note Template 553 for a recruitment partner or 554 for a direct student. Then post Note Template 561 for a recruitment partner or 122 for a direct student.
- ESL + Academic: Post Note Template 555 for a recruitment partner and 558 for a direct student. Then post Note Template 561 for a recruitment partner or 122 for a direct student.
Graduate Submission Process
1. Prepare the Application for Submission
- Ensure the student’s personal email address is verified.
- If the student also requires ESL, submit a separate ESL application using the Submission Process - ESL tab.
2. Access the Point of Submission
- Open the online portal.
- Create an account on behalf of the student using their personal email address.
- The school will send a temporary PIN to the student’s email. Save the link of the page you are working on to Requirement number 17359 so the application can be accessed later.
- Manually add Requirement number 17358 to retrieve the PIN from the Recruitment Partner/Student.
- Application is Partially Submitted. Post note template number 1774 for the Recruitment Partner.

- The school will send a temporary PIN to the student’s email. Save the link of the page you are working on to Requirement number 17359 so the application can be accessed later.
- Manually add Requirement number 17358 to retrieve the PIN from the Recruitment Partner/Student.
- Application is Partially Submitted. Post note template number 1774 for the Recruitment Partner.
